Choose the right chewing products for dogs
The right type depends on how hard your dog chews, how big he is and what protein he can tolerate. The chews are gently air-dried, without sugar, grains and artificial additives. They are made in Germany, in the family business since 2014. You buy directly from the manufacturer.
Chewing hardness
Soft pieces are suitable for puppies, seniors and dogs who chew carefully. Everyday life is moderately hard for most adult dogs. Hard cuts like beef scalp are meant for strong jaws. In the shop you filter by soft, medium hard and hard. If you are unsure, go for the softer level.
Dog Size
Small dogs need smaller and more soft pieces to hold. Large dogs with strong jaws can handle larger, firmer pieces for longer. The piece should fit the mouth: too small is easily swallowed, too large is unwieldy for puppies. Ears are popular as a short snack, lung cubes as a small reward and firm skin as a longer chew.
Protein source
Each variety belongs to an animal species. The widest selection is Beef. To that come Horse, Lamb, Wild, Deer, Poultry, Fi sch, Rabbit, Pig, Goat and Camel. If your digestion is sensitive, stick with one variety and see if the dog can tolerate it.
